With more than 25 years as a Founder, President, CEO, and technology executive, I have built a career at the intersection of innovation, leadership, and human wellbeing. I have led global teams, scaled mission driven organizations, and designed AI enabled solutions that strengthen customer experience, accelerate growth, and create more equitable access to opportunity.

As a Black woman in technology, I understand both the privilege and the responsibility that comes with influence. My work centers on using technology not just to improve systems but to expand possibility for the communities that are too often overlooked. Whether leading enterprise scale transformations or building women centered products, I am committed to creating solutions that are safe, emotionally intelligent, and grounded in real world impact.

Today, my focus is on advancing AI that supports women’s mental clarity, emotional safety, and holistic wellbeing. Through my ventures, including The Wellth House and Amelia Sage, I bring together leadership, innovation, and lived experience to create pathways to what I call “wellth” a life where wellness and prosperity reinforce one another.

My purpose is simple: to empower women and the organizations they lead to think better, feel stronger, and grow with confidence in an AI enabled world.
